In your role you will Maximize WU Retail business through supporting the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies.
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting in the management of the Pricing strategies across LACA region, since the analysis of the pricing issue or opportunity followed by the competitor’s pricing collection, elaboration of the proposal, alignment with business and central pricing, tracking of the results and continuing improving the price proposal to maximize the business result in terms of customers, principal, and revenues. Develops dashboard in PBI for the respective analytics of the region.
- Elaborate and manage the process for tactical pricing across LACA region
- Monitoring and tracking the evolution of the markets, in terms of market share and business intelligence to have the best understanding of the trends, opportunities and risks in each market (at country and corridor level).
- Reporting customer metrics to LACA leaders.
Role Requirements
- Maintenance and development of pricing Dashboard for LACA region.
- Maintenance of customer metrics dashboard
- Support in the analytics for the pricing proposals, evaluate and control the results of these versus the Do Nothing and Do Something scenery.
- Manage the maintenance of competitive zones for Smart Pricing, Dynamic Pricing and Tactical
- Manage the process for competitor’s pricing collection, validating the accuracy of the information provided
- Manage and coordinate with operations team the solution of pricing errors across LACA region reported by master agents and customers
- Intermediate English level.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point.
