Cintal Technologies Pvt. Ltd is looking for experienced “Cost & Spend Analytics Specialist (Should Costing)” to join our team in Chennai _ Work from office Role. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spend analysis across suppliers, categories, and plants to uncover savings opportunities.
• Execute outlier analysis to detect anomalies in pricing, usage, or supplier performance, including:
• Unit Price Outliers: Detecting items purchased at significantly higher or lower prices than average.
• Quantity-Based Outliers: Identifying unusually high or low order quantities.
• Supplier Cost Outliers: Comparing costs across suppliers for the same item or service.
• Conduct should-cost analysis to estimate ideal pricing based on material, labor, and overhead benchmarks

Required Skills & Tools:

Analytical Tools:

• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query , VBA)
• Power BI / Tableau (for data visualization and reporting)
• SQL (for querying ERP and procurement databases)
• Python / R (for advanced analytics and automation)

Manufacturing & ERP Systems:

• SAP, Oracle, Infor, or other manufacturing ERP systems
• Familiarity with BOM (Bill of Materials), routing, cost roll-up, LPP, and TCO components
