We’re a newly funded B2C FinTech startup on a mission to democratize private banking. Our platform combines AI-driven intelligence with the expertise of human financial advisors to deliver holistic, personalized wealth management advisory — making high-quality financial advice accessible to a wider audience than ever before.

Backed by leading investors in our Pre-Seed round, we’re building the product foundation that will power a new generation of intelligent financial advisory.

💡 The Opportunity

We’re building the next big thing in FinTech — and we’re looking for a Co-Founder & Co-CEO to join forces with our current CEO to shape, launch, and scale this venture from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to co-lead a high-potential B2C startup backed by Antai Ventures, one of Southern Europe’s leading venture studios.

As Co-CEO, you’ll bring commercial firepower to the founding team — leading all things Go-to-Market, Growth, Sales, Business Development, and Brand. Together with your Co-Founder, you’ll share strategic and operational leadership of the company, turning bold ideas into a category-defining FinTech product.

In return, we’ll back you with capital and surround you with world-class support across GTM, Talent, Fundraising, Legal, Product, and more.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Co-lead the company as Co-CEO, working closely with your Co-Founder and the Board of Directors to define the overall strategy, culture, and execution roadmap

  • Build trust with key partners, investors, and stakeholders

  • Own the Go-to-Market strategy — from brand positioning to acquisition channels, growth loops, sales, and partnerships

  • Build and lead the Marketing & Growth function across paid, organic, product-led, and community-driven initiatives

  • Define and track key commercial and user metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, etc.) — owning the business funnel end-to-end

  • Drive early traction and growth with a hands-on approach to experimentation, data analysis, and performance optimization

  • Develop and lead the funding narrative; participate in fundraising efforts alongside your Co-Founder and Antai’s team

  • Represent the company externally with investors, partners, media, and the FinTech ecosystem

  • Attract and retain top talent across the organization as the company scales

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s market, competitors, and industry trends

  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and strategic goals

🔍 What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development leadership roles — ideally in high-growth, B2C FinTech or InsurTech companies

  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and scaling digital products from zero to significant market traction

  • Deep expertise in GTM, performance marketing, sales, business development, growth loops, and brand strategy

  • Strong business acumen and data literacy — you know how to build and scale revenue engines and optimize commercial KPIs

  • Hands-on, go-getter attitude with a bias for action

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

  • Fundraising and investor-facing experience is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills — you thrive in high-stakes environments and rally teams around a shared vision

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English

  • A builder’s mindset — scrappy, resourceful, and energized by solving complex problems at speed

  • Passion for FinTech and financial literacy

  • Bonus: Experience in regulated environments and/or integrating AI in commercial workflows
