Professor Jacob Biamonte’s research group at ÉTS specializes in quantum computing theory and applications. The team investigates theoretical foundations, quantum algorithm development, and experimental validation using quantum processors available in Quebec, including IBM and PASQAL systems. The group actively collaborates with Quebec’s vibrant quantum ecosystem, including the Quebec Quantum Algorithms Alliance (AQQ) and the Transdisciplinary Institute for Quantum Information (INTRIQ).
