📅 Le processus de recrutement :
Entretien téléphonique (45 min) : Découverte de ton parcours et de tes motivations avec Francois.
Deep Dive (1h) : Quelques questions pour creuser tes expériences sur le rôle avec Bertrand.
Entretien sur site (≈2h) : Discussion approfondie sur tes compétences et ta vision du rôle, suivi d'une rencontre avec l'un des fondateurs de Zefir.
Ref Calls, feedback final et proposition : Retour sur les entretiens et proposition de rôle si nous pensons que tu es le talent qu'il nous faut !
