About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Interns to join our in-house cybersecurity team. This internship provides hands-on experience in real-world security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis. Interns will work alongside experienced SOC analysts and gain insight into enterprise-level cybersecurity operations in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM, EDR, and other tools.
- Perform initial triage on security incidents and escalate per defined workflows.
- Assist in investigation and documentation of incidents and false positives.
- Document incident findings and support root cause analysis.
- Help in threat intelligence gathering and IOC enrichment.
- Maintain and update SOC knowledge base and runbooks.
- Participate in shift handovers and contribute to daily SOC briefings.
- Learn and support continuous improvement of SOC detection and response capabilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, networks, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, Splunk, or any SIEM is a plus.
- Strong interest in building a career in security operations, threat hunting, or incident response.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including night/weekend shifts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and eagerness to learn.
