Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Marketing Operations Manager (B2B) to join our growing marketing team. This role focuses on managing and executing marketing operations for our enterprise segment — including events, website and CMS operations, project coordination, and campaign delivery.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Team and cross-functional stakeholders to help scale our marketing initiatives globally, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of strategic campaigns and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Process Management: Coordinate and track timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders for B2B marketing initiatives
- Website & CMS Management: Own operational updates to the website (via CMS), coordinate with tech/design for larger releases, and maintain publishing accuracy
- Event Operations & Execution: Lead planning, setup, coordination, and post-event processes for B2B trade shows, conferences, and webinars
- Marketing Ops & Execution: Support the operational delivery of multi-channel campaigns (e.g., email, content, partnerships, assets)
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Tech, and external vendors to align timelines and execution plans
- Content & Asset Management: Maintain structured documentation and storage of assets, decks, collateral, and localisation materials
- Internal Coordination: Ensure smooth alignment across teams by owning meeting follow-ups, progress tracking, and documentation of key marketing processes
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, website & project management and campaign coordination with operational excellence.
- Experience with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS frameworks)
- Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and deadline discipline
- Experience in managing operations and execution for events or field marketing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Fluent English (written and verbal); German a plus
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with marketing collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma, Trello)
- Experience in telecom, enterprise or regulated sectors (e.g. tech, telco, fintech)
- Master’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Ability to automate repeatable processes and improve operational workflows
