Your Role
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, EMEA, you will be responsible for growing the sales team, driving revenue, and supporting the expansion of our global fabric. A solution-focused leader with a strong bias for action, you bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of Megaport’s enterprise strategy, continually seeking innovative ways to improve how enterprises and networks interconnect.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build, develop, and inspire the DACH sales team to consistently deliver results
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute strategies that drive regional revenue growth
Partner with the VP of Sales, EMEA to define business objectives and deliver on strategic priorities
Manage high-profile customer relationships and lead new logo acquisition through executive-level engagement
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Own sales reporting and forecasting across your team with accuracy and accountability
Maintain deep knowledge of Megaport products, partner offerings, and competitor solutions; engage confidently in technical conversations with customers, prospects, and partners
What We Are Looking For
Proven track record of successful sales leadership in networking or 'as-a-service' environmentsExperience building and scaling sales teams during periods of rapid growth
Demonstrated success in entering new markets and acquiring new customers
Ability to lead direct sales while enabling strong collaboration with channel partners.
Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a strategic understanding of business requirements
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Product, and People teams
Comfortable working across diverse cultures and adapting to varied business contexts
Experience designing or deploying cloud and virtualization solutions in enterprise environments
