A one-of-a-kind concept boutique offering a carefully curated edit of the world’s most exquisite and niche fragrances. As a Senior Fragrance Specialist, you will be at the forefront of this, inspiring both customers and colleagues through your deep expertise, leadership, and passion for fragrance artistry.

What You Will Be Doing
- You will inspire and guide a team of Fragrance Specialists with confidence, instilling a culture of excellence and world class customer service.
- You’ll deliver personalised fragrance consultations, connecting guests with scents that reflect their mood, an occasion, or emotion through expert storytelling and sensory engagement.
- As a role model and coach, you will empower your team to excel – guiding them to deepen their knowledge and confidently deliver a premium experience.
- You will be the primary liaison for brand partners, collaborating closely with luxury fragrance houses and agencies to deliver flawless in-store events, education, and brand storytelling.
- You will support in leading day-to-day operations, while ensuring exceptional visual presentation across all counters and displays that reflect seasonal launches, brand narratives, and boutique-level luxury.
- Whilst you will have targets to meet, we're about working as a team (not competing against each other for sales!) so you won’t be on performance-based commission. Instead, we provide up to £2000* annual product allowance for you personally test, love and recommend our products.
- You will have access to first-class education with some of the finest perfumers in the world, plus a comprehensive learning programme through our online learning platform to keep building your fragrance expertise.
- 1 year’s proven leadership experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, or high-end retail. Confident motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- A demonstrable passion for niche and luxury perfumery, with the ability to interpret fragrance notes, histories, and brand heritage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined approach to service and relationship building with customers.
- A strong commercial mindset, with experience meeting and exceeding team-based sales targets or KPIs.
- Aged 18 or over and comfortable serving alcohol.
- You will consistently demonstrate professional presentation and a keen eye for detail, in line with the expectations of a luxury environment.
These are desirable skills or experience and are not essential, so we would welcome applications from candidates that don't match these criteria.
- Experience in bespoke or VIP consultation environments, whether in fragrance, personal shopping, or luxury hospitality.
- Experience in visual merchandising.
