Hybrid Support Worker presso Mentaur

Mentaur has been providing specialist care services for over 30 years to adults with learning disabilities, mental disorder, dementia and autism. We are currently seeking to appoint Support Workers to work in our residential home based in Bedford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in care.

The role will involve supporting our Service Users with their day-to-day needs through encouragement and promoting a positive environment. The typical duties will include supporting our Service Users with their daily needs and everyday household tasks, encouraging and assisting them to take part in activities, accompany and assisting them with appointments and shopping. The role will also involve carrying out personal care and completing some basic administration tasks.
