Hybrid Spares Operative II presso HYVE Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Perform all required tasks to support the Spares operation.
• Perform tasks including but not limited to picking, packing, requesting commercial invoices, updating shipping tracker and inventory control activities.
• Carry out any reasonable request by the management team.
• May cover for the Spares lead.
• May look after a small team or work independently.
• Shift working as required.
• Supports the training of newer associates.
• Use of hand scanners.
• Use of computer-based warehouse management system.
• May be required to work at any Hyve Solutions Europe Ltd sites.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements.
• Contributes to continuous improvements.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

Education

• Good general level of education.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
• Forklift Truck License trained desirable.
• MEWP License trained desirable.

Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Health and Safety within a warehouse environment.
• Understanding of high value item handling and storage.

Skills & Abilities

• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Good numeracy skills.
• Ability to perform job in a quality system environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Dependability.
