WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Assist with Administration tasks involved in the onboarding and HSEQ Induction of new starters into the business.
• Review and develop risk assessments and method statements.
• Conduct health and safety inspections within our fixed and on-site locations.
• Assist with incident investigations, gathering evidence, witness statements and report writing.
• Develop and communicate HSEQ newsletters, safety alerts, bulletins.
• Assist with the ongoing maintenance of our HSEQ software.
• Assist with the sharing of HSEQ communications within our business while maintaining a register.
• Analysis data on HSEQ compliance and develop weekly KPI reports.
• Support with ISO audit preparations.
• Supporting the wider HSEQ team with department projects / team meetings etc.

• Ability to work in a busy and high demanding team.
• Highly organised, able to manage a varied workload with competing demands.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. 
• You are a flexible and adaptable person, able to work with other teams.
• Keen eye for detail, the ability to maintain accuracy whilst working to deadlines and be extremely organised.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Valid UK driving licence.
