We’re on the lookout for a Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment and is ready to make a real impact.
Join the team at nhow London, a bold and vibrant lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Shoreditch. Known for its unique design, creative energy, and unforgettable guest experiences, nhow London is where unconventional meets exceptional.
Joining its older siblings among a family of iconic hotels across Milan, Berlin, Rotterdam, Marseille, and Amsterdam ; loud, lively, and loved, we’re all about breaking the mould and delivering stand-out experiences. Part of Minor Hotels, which includes brands like Anantara, Avani, NH, Oaks, and Tivoli, we’re backed by a global network of 560+ hotels in over 60 countries.
What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?
- Be the main point of contact for all business sales enquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads
- Convert enquiries into confirmed business with a focus on profitability
- Conduct client site visits and manage walk-ins
- Collaborate with HODs to ensure seamless event delivery
- Maintain accurate reporting and follow-ups via MB files
- Engage with platforms like Cvent, C4C, Proven, and Venue Directory
- Work closely with Revenue and Director of Sales on key accounts
- Use SAP for internal coordination (experience preferred)
- Champion upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Be an enthusiastic brand ambassador for nhow London.
