Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter and a strong understanding of the payments domain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving product success and ensuring seamless integration with our systems.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for using Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ClaimCenter with other systems.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure product performance and compliance with standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product-related processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients on Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely resolution of any issues or bugs related to the product.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and efficiency.

  • Have a strong background in the payments domain with relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex software solutions.
