CTG is seeking to fill a Senior IT Analyst/Programmer opening for our client in Rochester, MN.
Location: Remote
Duties:
Perform daily triaging and resolution of incoming ServiceNow tickets related to applications supported by the Image Management Systems unit
Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom system software
Install and maintain purchased systems software
Configure and support hardware systems across multiple sites
Evaluate alternative approaches and present recommendations to teams and leadership
Review and modify applications to ensure ongoing functionality and compatibility
Maintain and support multiple complex systems or software applications
Produce and update documentation such as system requirements, designs, and inventories
Provide technical and project leadership to team members
Collaborate effectively across departments and gain consensus among stakeholders
Interface with vendors or external support teams for system support and escalations
Act as liaison between internal departments and external vendors
Collaborate virtually with colleagues in multiple locations
May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support
Skills:
Strong systems analysis and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with focus
Clear, professional communication and customer interaction skills
Understanding of effective system design principles and software development methodologies
Experience with both custom-developed and vendor-supplied applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Strong organizational, meeting management, and communication skills
Demonstrated project management capabilities
Proactive attitude and self-starter with a high level of accountability
Consistent and reliable performance on project deliverables
Experience:
Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred
Experience working directly with customers
Exposure to application lifecycle management in healthcare or similar settings
Education:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience, including at least one (1) year of demonstrated technical experience
ORAssociate’s degree and seven (7) years of experience, including at least one (1) year of demonstrated technical experience
Preferred:
Master’s degree in an applicable field
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00/hour to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
