POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for a Contract/Seasonal position supporting the planning, production, and execution of in-store print marketing materials. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cohesive messaging, accurate timelines, and seamless delivery of signage to retail locations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager, creative production agencies, print vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project timelines, manage approvals, and maintain compliance with legal and brand standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Briefs and Print Needs list for creative production agency and print vendor.
Collaborate with Sr. Manager to plan in-store print projects establishing timing, messaging, and execution.
Create, Maintain, and update Messaging Grid document to outline signage plans and communicate to Store Operation partners signage support.
Establish production timelines in partnership with creative production partners to ensure timely delivery to the market.
Review print materials to ensure legal and creative compliance as set out by Signet Legal, the FTC, and AOR creative guidelines.
Obtaining final sign offs from Brand VP, Sr. Director of Brand Marketing, Director of Creative and Merchandising partners (where applicable).
Vendor relationship management among creative production agency and print vendors coordinating logistics of print materials.

Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, create and adhere to production schedules, and manage workflows efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying potential issues, troubleshooting print problems, and finding effective solutions quickly.
HARD SKILLS:
Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
Project Management Software: Experience with project management software like Workamajig is an added bonus but not absolutely necessary.
