As a Store Planner, you will be responsible for effectively planning, managing, and overseeing the process for all store design activities including refurbishments and new stores.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and complete all architectural and construction packages required for  capital works projects including refurbishments, minor works and new stores
  • Contract with and manage external consultants such as architects, engineers, planning consultants, building surveyors, contractors and direct vendors
  • Communicate on projects regularly with key internal stakeholders
  • Assist with post implementation review to aid continuous improvement

 

About you

  • Similar experience in high-paced role within architectural design and development
  • Experience using Autodesk Revit (required), AutoCAD 2D/3D (required) and all MS Office programs.
  • Knowledge across construction methodologies and NCC with the ability to identify issues and apply to documentation
  • Understand and embrace agile ways of working and ability to adapt to an evolving environment
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills and a track record in demonstrating stakeholder management
  • Thorough understanding of customer journey
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
