The Business Transaction and Services Coordinator will provide fiscal and compliance support to the Arts & Sciences (ASC) Business Services Center (BSC). Serves as administrative point of contact for faculty and staff for assigned customer groups. Exercises sound judgment in independently managing and administering workload within assigned requests. Interprets and communicates university guidelines, policies, and procedures, and industry best-practices to faculty, staff, suppliers, and guests of the university.

Required: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) years of experience working in a business administration role, financial or procurement environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

The pay range for this job profile is $19.28 - $25.19. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
