Hybrid Professional Services Sales Representative

Job Location: Hybrid | Portland, OR or Westminster, CO(HQ)Our Department: Global Professional ServicesWhat You Will DoAs a Professional Services Sales Representative 3 for our Professional Services organization, you will be responsible for planning, management, and execution of all Professional Services business development activities in your assigned area/products. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of service-based offerings such as consulting, training, and other professional services. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with potential and existing clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.You'll use your experience with consulting sales and project delivery to help prospects put together a plan for a successful project, including resources, timeline, and costs. You'll employ effective selling strategies to successfully position TC1 Solutions as the cost effective, modern alternative, and you will be an expert in Trimble deployment methodology.If you have a stellar consulting delivery/ project management and sales track record, are a self-starter, and love working in a dynamic environment, then Trimble Professional Services is the place for you.Your Day to Day will Include

• Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of Trimble’s deployment methodology and Professional Services.
• Work with the sales team to determine Services Strategy for prospect accounts.
• Conduct services discovery session and validate project scope.
• Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with Trimble Service Business Partners.
• Assess project team training needs for prospects.
• Create and validate Professional Services Proposal and Project Plan.
• Manage Professional Services statement-of-work and contracting process.
• Maintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.

Job Requirements

• Services Sales experience in a business-to-business environment is preferable, but not required.
• Experience with PowerFab, WinEST, B2W, Traqspera, and/or Trimble Pay is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Team player, with self-starter attitude.
• Great presentation skills while participating in a fast-paced, complex product and services sales cycle.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Up to 20% travel.
• Hiring Range: $79,924 - 106,000
• Commission Eligible

About Your LocationIn a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time worked in the office based on the position and the business need.
