Full Stack Developer - React/Node (Senior)Join our dynamic team and be a part of an exciting digital transformation project! We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5-6 years of experience in Agile/SAFe environments to help us build cutting-edge customer and employee-facing applications.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, cloud-based solutions using a variety of technologies, including React, Node.js, Python, AWS services, and more. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications that enhance the customer and employee experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer solutions, conduct testing, and implement monitoring and observability practices
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver innovative, cloud-based solutions
• Utilize a range of programming languages and technologies, such as React, HTML/CSS, Node.js, SQL, Python, and AWS tools and services
• Support the development of solutions to improve quality, delivery, efficiency, and the overall user experience
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines
• Resolve production issues and engage with IT and vendors as necessary
• Work closely with the project team on enhancements and changes
• Continuously learn and implement new technologies to stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on React and Node.js
• Proficiency in Python is a plus
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and tools
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and CI/CD practices
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/SAFe environment
