We’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist who is equal parts talent scout, creative problem-solver, and strategic partner. This role goes beyond filling roles—you’ll dig deep to understand what makes a great hire, uncover hidden talent in tough markets, and approach each search with curiosity and persistence. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions and help shape how we grow our teams.

Job Description:
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, team culture, and role requirements
Creatively source and engage talent using a wide range of tools and channels (e.g., Boolean search, social platforms, niche sites, events, referrals)
Tackle hard-to-fill and highly specialized roles with persistence, agility, and out-of-the-box thinking
Maintain a social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn) to promote jobs, engage talent, and strengthen the employer brand
Ask the right questions to uncover root challenges in the hiring process and offer thoughtful solutions
Conduct thoughtful screening conversations to assess both skillset and alignment with company values
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, candidate feedback, and process guidance
Always handle compensation data with confidentiality and professional maturity
Maintain organized and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Continuously improve sourcing processes and candidate engagement strategies
Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact through offer
Track key recruiting metrics and contribute ideas for optimizing results
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience, with a focus on proactive outreach and creative sourcing
Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates and engaging talent in competitive markets
Innate curiosity with a problem-solving mindset—you love digging into a challenge and finding new angles
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, or similar
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for niche or technical roles
Prior involvement in recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives
Knowledge of labor market trends and sourcing analytics
Active and professional social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn) used to promote jobs, engage talent, and strengthen employer brand
