Our Aeronautics Sector is seeking to fill a Project Management position on our growing team in Iuka, MS.
This role supports an existing team that oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, production control, engineering, business management, and operations amongst others. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with Program IPT and clients.

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years, Master's Degree with 6 years, or in lieu of degree 12 years related experience. Experience must be in one or more of the following; Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Aviation, Project Management, Sustainment, Proposals and/or Capture Efforts, Resource Planning, Accounting, Program Management, Program Scheduling, Program Cost Analysis, Subcontracts Administration, Procurement, Business Management, or Contracts
- Active DOD Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain special program access
- SAP ERP experience
- Adept in developing products in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Subcontracts and/or procurement experience
- Experience in Supplier Management and/or pricing and estimating
- Control Account Management (CAM) experience
- Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing experience
