We are looking to hire a Life & Annuity Heritage Product Leader

Description:  Life Insurance administration and surround software positioning and strategy development leader for Insurance Software and BPS.  Partners with Engineering, Product Management, Life BPS, Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to develop and communicate the vision and maintain cross-functional alignment. Participates in planning and execution, serves as subject matter expert in life insurance and life insurance strategy for the respective products.  Leads sales enablement, business case development and product marketing.

Essential Job Functions

• Defines market positioning of the DXC Horizon and Heritage, respectively,  life insurance products and the underlying infrastructure components.  Devises strategies to promote adoption and extension into new and existing customer base as part of their custom digital transformation initiatives.
• Articulates and communicates the Life Insurance product vision to the market and enables sales executives, account executives, offering managers, and account managers to do the same.
• Defines offering strategy and leads the development, advocacy, and systematic deployment of AI Surround solutions and enhancements that drive increased competitiveness and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborates and works closely with Sr Management, Regional Management, Sales, Customers, Insurance Solutions, Delivery, Marketing, and BPS Operations.
• Supports relationships with partners, internal DXC partners, industry analysts, and consultants to enhance client relationships and sales of DXC insurance software and BPS. Leads team in influencing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintains awareness of market trends and competitors. Ensures DXC Insurance Software & BPS attains and retains leadership in completeness of vision and ability to execute.
• Interfaces with customers and sales organization to drive product direction and ensure capabilities meet market and customer needs. Analyzes and provides insight into revenue forecast information. Organizes and manages an Insurance Data & Applied Analytics Customer Community.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.
