Description In need of an IT Support Analyst due to the company's recent growth and compliance requirements, it now takes twice as long to complete routine tasks. To address this, we need a temporary employee for a period of over three months to assist with simpler, time-consuming tasks while the regular team member is on leave. The role will involve tasks such as password resets, helping users access their computers remotely, and other basic troubleshooting, rather than complex network issues. They're looking for someone who is a little beyond level one and who has seen the common issues before, such as printer problems, software issues, and email troubles. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as lead or assist in small to medium-sized IT projects, with general oversight from the IT Director.
  • Work collaboratively with the Academic Technology Media Coordinator & campus leadership to ensure IT systems and solutions are functioning properly.
  • Preempt potential problems and devise effective solutions based on ongoing communication with the campuses.
  • Liaise with vendors and third-party support resources to implement solutions.
  • Perform remote and on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of various IT issues.
  • Serve as the primary resource for onboarding and offboarding staff within the IT stack.
  • Receive and respond to incoming communications from the IT Help Desk, addressing user issues effectively and showcasing responsive customer service skills.
  • Maintain all assigned campus inventory and documentation.
  • Remotely manage endpoints and devices using available tools and installed agents.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience (Typical End User Support)
  • Basic Certifications (A+)
  • They prefer someone with prior experience working remotely, as they need a responsible attitude towards remote work
Experience Level Intermediate Leve Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 Requirements Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
