About the job

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Support Partnership team in general regarding all non-commercial administrative works
  • Collect & check all reimbursements, reports, agreements, documents from the team
  • Monitor and keep track of all overall Partnership team's budget usage and expanses
  • Making details terms & condition for all promo ongoing and reconcile all the promo code after the campaign
  • Monitor and keep track partner's payment and all documents flow that involve with another departments
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in handling sales/partnership administration
  • Min. Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree from any major
  • Understand administrative flows and documentations
  • Good command in English (writing and speaking)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • The ability to build solid, collaborative relationships with colleagues
  • The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people in different ways
