What you’ll get to do As the People Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall employee experience through effective internal communication, engagement initiatives, and strategies focused on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) and Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) practices. You will design and implement comprehensive strategies that align with our organizational values and culture, fostering a workplace environment where all employees feel valued and empowered. AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL WHO YOU ARE What we offer For applicants applying under an Austrian employment contract, the minimum salary for this role, as per the Austrian collective agreement, is €49.000,- with the potential for a significantly higher salary based on experience and qualifications.
