  • Develop and maintain BPM applications using the Pega platform.
  • Implement common and best practices in development and DevOps operations.
  • Ensure the security of web applications developed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and develop applications using Agile methodology.
  • Create user stories, mockups, and MVPs to effectively address customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the SolAr lead to ensure alignment with standards and quality guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Experience in designing and developing Business Process Management (BPM) applications using Pega PRPC frameworks
  • 4+ years of experience in Pega Implementation cycles, development, testing, and deployment
  • Strong knowledge and experience of development DevOPS activities/tools (Jenkins, GIT, Redmine ).
  • Experience with Agile software development process (working with a scrum team).
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and technical documentation.
  • Ability to provide guidance and direction to technicians, specialists, and managers.
Education:
  • Bachelors in computer science or relevant experience.
Certifications:
  • PEGA Certified Systems Architect or Pega PRPC Certified Methodology Black Belt
