Position : M&A Financial Analyst

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 - 5pm or 9-6pm

Timezone : EST

Holidays : to be determined

Pay Range : USD 2,750 - 3,500/per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop 4-5 page executive summaries and detailed deal models for bank financing proposals.
• Transform preliminary information from buyers into polished, professional presentations for client use.
• Create cash flow models, assist in deal structuring, and produce high-quality executive write-ups.
• Support clients in preparing financial documentation to meet bank requirements for approval.
• Clearly explain complex financial concepts and models to non-finance professionals.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in M&A underwriting, finance, or a similar field; investment banking experience (1-2 years) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in GAAP, finance, and accounting principles, with no specific SBA experience required.
• Strong understanding of adjusted EBITDA and debt service calculations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify financial concepts for diverse audiences.
