Job OverviewFA International is actively seeking dedicated Freight Agents who excel in a fully remote work environment. As a Freight Agent, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business for FA International, serving as the primary liaison for potential customers and significantly contributing to the acquisition of new accounts. Supported by a dedicated team focused on your success, you will have the resources necessary to expand and cultivate your portfolio.Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify potential clients through daily cold calling and email outreach.
• Transform prospects into valuable business opportunities for FA International.
• Forge and nurture robust partnerships with clients, prospects, and carriers.
• Represent the FA brand with integrity and uphold our cultural values.
• Engage with decision-makers to secure new opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing accounts to foster relationships.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated success in sales within the transportation and logistics sector, with a preference for those experienced in 3PL.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover business leads.
• Expertise in managing multiple lead sources and sustaining a dynamic sales pipeline.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, coupled with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify market trends and client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
