Hybrid Data Analyst Data Analyst

Job Summary

We seek a skilled Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to support our Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, experience with data visualization tools, and familiarity with Jira. This role requires the ability to work during US office hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Use SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data from data warehouses and other sources to provide insights on incident trends and performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to give the Management team real-time visibility into key metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the IT teams to support Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Utilize SQL for ad-hoc analysis and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Work with Jira and other tools to track, report, and visualize incident data effectively.
