Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Voice Data Entry Agent to join our innovative Data Enrichment team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our clients’ data quality and ensuring meticulous accuracy. Your efforts will significantly contribute to our stringent quality control standards.Key Responsibilities

• Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as required.
• Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls to ensure excellent customer service.
• Utilize online databases to verify information from third-party entities, ensuring its accuracy.
• Complete enrichment tasks as outlined by client training and specifications.
• Conduct data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, keeping track of updates from various state boards.
• Deliver tasks on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assume additional responsibilities and tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Open to engaging in both voice and non-voice processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with technology and comfort using computers is preferred.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage changes in processes and information.
• Ability to work independently and as an active team member.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or other relevant customer service positions is advantageous.
• Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with immediate start.
• Must have a reliable work-from-home setup, including stable internet access.
