  • Efficiently enter data into our QuickClaim system utilizing a consistent flow of images.
  • Accurately identify document types from provided documentation.
  • Review and validate entered information to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate professionally with team members as required.
  • Offer insights and suggestions for process enhancements.
  • Complete assigned tasks in an efficient manner each day.
  • Perform additional general office duties as needed.
Required Skills
  • Self-driven with a robust work ethic.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively.
  • Exceptional focus and attention to detail.
  • Quick to learn and adept at following both straightforward and complex instructions.
  • Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy.
  • Keying speed of 4,500 keystrokes per hour (KPH) at a 95% accuracy rate.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $12.
  • Opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions, with a preference for full-time candidates.
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required.
  • Available shifts are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
