Role Overview:

As an AI Prompt Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and refining the interaction between AI systems and their users. You will be responsible for crafting and testing precise, clear, and effective prompts that guide AI models, such as ChatGPT, to deliver high-quality, relevant responses in line with business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a new field in AI and to work directly with large language models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and test prompts to ensure optimal output from AI systems in various use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Product, to align AI outputs with business goals.
  • Conduct quality assurance on AI outputs to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency.
  • Leverage LLMs like ChatGPT to enhance the efficiency of our contact center operations.
  • Provide regular feedback to improve the AI’s understanding of different input scenarios.
  • Document and share prompt-writing best practices across teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and prompt engineering to continually improve processes.

Job specific requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a contact center or a related field.
  • Proficiency in working with large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, with a strong interest in AI.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create detailed, clear, and structured prompts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office productivity tools like Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and Gmail.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic programming knowledge (familiarity with Python or other languages is a plus).
  • Experience in AI-driven applications or tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills akin to those required in programming, even if not a formal programmer.
