This knowledge breathes life into our work every day and motivates us to continually improve our solutions by working closely with medical practitioners and partners in constructive dialogue.Position SummaryUnder Group Business Manager supervision, in coordination with Product Management, and close cooperation with KAM and Sales Management team, responsible for the execution of all Marketing related strategy, objectives and activities, to achieve sales targets, increasing profitability, implement process and strategy in area responsibility effectively, balancing the demands of multiple internal and external customers, while achieving a high ROI on sales resource.Major Activities And Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing plans and roadmaps for both existing and new products.
    • Craft innovative marketing strategies aligned with company guidelines and relevant legislation to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
    • Manage the product and marketing mix elements to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate meaningful relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
    • Create compelling business proposals and contracts to maximize revenue from our customer base.
  • Market Insights and Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct field visits alongside Sales Representatives and Area Sales Managers to gather feedback on ongoing campaigns and market dynamics.
    • Monitor competitor products and marketing activities, maintaining up-to-date competitor profiles.
    • Develop counterstrategies in alignment with our marketing plan.
  • Healthcare Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the stakeholders in the public segment.
    • Establish and enhance safety and treatment standards in hospital care services.
    • Build a pipeline of Key Opinion Leaders focused on hospital care disciplines.
  • Evidence-Based Approach:
    • Develop local health economics models and leverage clinical studies to support industry standards and drive market conversion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Admin).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within the hospital care domain.
  • Healthcare industry background or scientific background would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Required for travel frequently to client sites.
