We are looking for a highly experienced Game Designers to join our team and take ownership of designing engaging game features, systems, and economies from concept to implementation.

You will work collaboratively across teams to ensure a fun, balanced, and scalable player experience, driving both game vision and business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the success of our games, from live titles to new projects in development

.Responsibilitie

  • s:Design and oversee game features from initial concept through to live implementation, ensuring they align with the overall game visio
  • n.Develop and balance complex game economy systems, ensuring progression, monetization, and live event experiences resonate with the target audienc
  • e.Create, document, and communicate clear game design proposals, collaborating with key stakeholders such as artists, engineers, and data analysts to ensure seamless implementatio
  • n.Use player data, predictive simulations, and feedback loops to continuously optimize gameplay, progression systems, and game economy balanc
  • e.Work closely with Product Managers to translate business objectives into meaningful game metrics and feature design

s.Requiremen

  • ts:Experience in game design, with a strong understanding of game mechanics, systems, and economy balancing in free-to-play (F2P) gam
  • es.Proven ability to design and balance long-term, scalable game economies that enhance player engagement and progressi
  • on.Proficiency with data tools, analysis, and the ability to use numbers to drive design decisio
  • ns.Experience working with live mobile games, player feedback loops, and early testing to iterate and refine featur
  • es.Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary te
  • am.Bonus: Experience with Unity, basic scripting, or programming skil
