Remote Snowflake Developer with verification

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement data models in Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using dbt.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build data pipelines on AWS.
• Optimize data storage and query performance in Snowflake.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through testing and validation.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide solutions.
• Document processes, data models, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue).
• Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for data manipulation.
