We are seeking for an experienced Road Design Coordinator/ Expert.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and development of road design within an infrastructure project from initial planning through to final construction.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to create detailed design plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding road design.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Facilitate communication between various project stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and the public.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to design plans as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in road design.

Qualifications:

• University degree in civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience as a Road expert in at least one completed Infrastructure project
• Broad knowledge and understanding of civil engineering with practical design experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with colleagues and provide geotechnical support in key sectors.
• Proven experience in site investigation planning and management.
• At least 10 years' professional experience in the relevant field
• Proficiency in English – B2 level minimum
• Willingness to relocate to Baltic countries for at least 2 years
