Having recently raised our Series A round, we’re excited to supercharge our team in our quest to modernise, optimise and decentralise the global electricity grid as fast as possible 🚀The OpportunityAs a Customer Success Engineer at Gridsight, you’ll have a high impact across our customer success, data, and growth teams. You’ll be on the frontlines of scaling Gridsight usage and uptake across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. From designing pilot projects to production scaling, you’ll combine your electrical engineering, consulting, and sales experience with a passion for distributed renewables and big data in this opportunity to help accelerate global electrification. No one in B2B SaaS has been able to connect their customers and their wider industry around an electrifying purpose the way we have to date; in your support for client engagement with our platform, you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, redefining and revolutionising the way utilities can enable the decentralisation and decarbonisation of the grid.   • Conduct pilot projects, from implementation to production scaling;
  • Assist clients in discovering use cases and values;
  • Boost user engagement with the platform by identifying high-value features and workflows;
  • Hold onboarding workshops and generate interest across the electricity utility business for clients;
  • Develop a general understanding of the Gridsight tech-stack to communicate technical requirements & project manage customer conversations;
  • Explore electrical network challenges and requirements across international markets.
Your Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional field experience;
  • 2-4+ years experience delivering technical projects and working with external stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated understanding of electrical systems and network challenges;
  • Strong communication and client relationship building skills;
  • Nice to have: Sales/customer success experience &/or SQL experience.
