Role Overview:

As a Health Ops Intern, you will be supporting our Health Ops team in managing health insurance operations, claims processing, and policyholder engagement. You will gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry and develop key skills in operations, data management, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of health insurance policies and claims in internal databases.
  • Assist in organizing and updating policyholder data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Fill out health insurance forms and documentation on behalf of customers, ensuring all required information is captured correctly.
  • Help in verifying customer details and supporting documents to process health insurance claims.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the Health Ops team in generating reports and data summaries for internal reviews.
  • Manage and organize digital files and records for easy retrieval and tracking.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Our Interview Process :
