You’ll take our brand management platform to new heights by building and enhancing the platform used by Lufthansa, Allianz, and many more.You’ll lead one of our DAM (Digital Asset Management) teams and play a critical role in elevating our team's performance and capabilities. When leading both backend and frontend teams, you’ll need a deep understanding of how to architect, plan, and implement a SaaS product. You will drive technical excellence and support the team in delivering impactful solutions. Being a lead at Frontify is all about defining success as a team and supporting each other to take our already successful product to the next level.Your story

• You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in our St. Gallen office – or even mix it up during the week! Choose where to work from that works best for you.
• You have a Bachelor in Computer Science or a related field.
• You're an engineer at heart, finding fulfillment in leading Software Development teams for at least 1-2 years.
• You have proven professional experience with React, Typescript and/or PHP, as you will lead a multidisciplinary team.
• You're an expert in architecting/designing, developing, and maintaining large software solutions.
• You're proficient in writing Unit Tests and are familiar with test-driven development (TDD) and domain-driven design (DDD).
• You hold strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• You speak English fluently.
