Job OverviewWe are thrilled to present a long-term contract opportunity for a Client Data Analyst based in Newark, Delaware. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to the evolving landscape of data analysis. In this critical role, you will engage collaboratively with various stakeholders to discern their business requirements and develop insightful reports that align with their expectations while ensuring accuracy and consistency.Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively understand and address their reporting requirements.
• Design and format reports that adhere to business standards, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and established organizational policies.
• Create and uphold comprehensive documentation detailing configurations, processes, and procedures related to reporting functions.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance efficiencies within data and reporting functions.
• Utilize your expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to craft advanced data flows and develop complex, consolidated dashboards and reports for presentations.
• Implement best practices for navigating and publishing BI reports while managing user permissions and monitoring usage by data consumers.
• Collaborate with data teams to query, structure, and model data for dashboards and reports using programming languages.
• Generate business insights by creating descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive reports, employing suitable advanced visuals to highlight trends and anomalies.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members in utilizing dashboard/report templates and data visualization best practices, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
• Partner with business stakeholders to test dashboards and reports, offering recommendations for enhancements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for database development and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Oracle and other database systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify discrepancies in data using appropriate tools.
• Experience in processing checks and managing benefit functions.
• Skills in producing clear and concise documentation for database procedures and designs.
• Proficiency in utilizing data monitoring tools for ongoing progress tracking.
• Understanding of automation techniques for efficient data management.
• Ability to craft reports and presentations tailored for stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for effective data analysis and interpretation.
