Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as an Operations Analyst. This position will be Remote. The Full Time schedule for this role will generally be 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Position Overview

The Operations Analyst is responsible for the study of financial and operational matters to ensure the health of the organization. This position will be required to work closely with finance, operations, and IT to compile, process, and present data to support business decisions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Creation of financial and operational analysis materials
  • ROI analysis
  • Data mining and data analysis
  • Creation of operational and performance reports
  • Creation of metrics reports (KPIs)
  • Presentation of analyses and models
  • Development of frameworks for determining effectiveness of products and processes


Qualifications And Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (pivot charts, advanced formulas and functions)
  • Strong SQL writing
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, or similar reporting platform
  • Data mining or Database Administration experience
  • Knowledge of business statistics
  • Professional, accurate, clear and concise communication and presentation skills
  • Remote and Hybrid positions require a home internet connection that meets the company’s upload and download speed criteria.
