Introduction

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will use a consultancy mindset, to manage projects and deliver solutions to the client. Act as liaison between the cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build positive relationships with delivery teams, clients, and employees
• Understanding and capturing customer requirements for Power Business intelligence reports
• Perform quality assurance on financial data, tally user entries and ensure data is accurate.
• Overcome challenges, forging relationships with customers, and meeting customer expectations
• Make presentations to stakeholders
• Maintain situational awareness of day-to-day project activities, serving as the first escalation point for the client, and keep account teams and other AIS members informed as needed to support a coordinated response in serving the client
• Build credibility through effective communication and problem-solving
