About the Role

As the Head of Corporate Audit in Poland, you will influence both local and global operations while leading a talented and diverse audit team. Collaborate with senior executives to uphold audit integrity and strategic risk management across the organization. Your leadership will shape audit and assurance coverage for both internal and outsourced activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee audit assurance across multiple regions, with a focus on compliance and risk management in Poland.
  • Cultivate executive relationships, advising on key risks and emerging trends.
  • Lead the full audit cycle, from risk assessments to final recommendations.
  • Represent the firm in regulatory discussions across Poland and Europe.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing risk controls and operational excellence.


Who We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in audit or risk management, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in custody auditing, fund administration, depositary, or international audits is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of European financial regulations.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large, diverse teams across multiple regions.
  • University degree in economics, statistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • CPA, CIA, CISA certifications are highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional domestic or international assignments.
