Job Description:

Structural Investment Management LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
• Review and verify the accuracy of data before entry.
• Organize and categorize information for easy retrieval.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow data management best practices and maintain confidentiality.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
