Our unique expertise in Omnichannel Search & Insights, Creative Content and Performance Tech are delivered to our clients via an ad agency and in-house model.

We do this for a global client portfolio including Unilever, Campari Group, AIA, Sanofi, Nestle, Lipton, Kimberley Clark, Straumann, Ricola, Globe Telecom, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain custom WordPress plugins and themes to meet specific client requirements.
• Develop server-side logic and databases to support robust website performance.
• Optimize WordPress websites for scalability, speed, and security.
• Integrate third-party services using APIs and SDKs to extend website functionality.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of back-end functionality with UI/UX design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve back-end issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal website performance.
• Implement and maintain best practices for WordPress development, including version control and deployment workflows.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in back-end development with strong expertise in WordPress.
• Proficient in PHP/WordPress, MySQL.
• Experience with WordPress plugin and theme development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with WordPress security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of Unit Testing.

Preferred:

• Experience in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment workflows.
• Experience with Docker.
