Position : PROJECT MANAGER

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm EST

Pay Range : USD 2,500 - 3,500 per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage Full Project Lifecycle: Oversee projects from initial scoping through delivery, ensuring all phases meet client expectations.
  • Client Requirements: Collaborate with clients to ensure their requirements are understood, documented, and formally signed off.
  • Meeting Cadence & Correspondence: Establish and manage meeting schedules, handle all correspondence, including answering client questions, coordinating with developers, and resolving any client concerns.
  • Client Point-of-Contact: Act as the main liaison between the client and development team, ensuring clear communication and project progress tracking.
  • Timeline & Milestone Management: Maintain and oversee project timelines, milestones, and handoffs, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are on schedule.
  • Training & Project Checklists: Set up client training sessions and ensure that all project-related checklists are completed before handoff.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience with Power BI & SDLC: Familiarity with Power BI and the software development lifecycle, ideally with experience in managing analytics or financial reporting projects.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to balance competing priorities and manage relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with a focus on clarity, diplomacy, and professionalism.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms to track project progress and manage deliverables.
