Kepa Software is the creator of a ground-breaking SaaS product called AppO. AppO turns complex decisions into a simple process by eliminating emotion. Our product helps both commercial and government organizations cut their project portfolio budget, make their ESG commitments verifiable, see the impact of stakeholder opinions on the project portfolio, rank all the investments being made by the corporation and a whole lot more.
Role Description
This is a role for a Sales Practitioner with intestinal fortitude and stickaticity because we won't pay cash to recognise your sales success, instead you will get a percentage of Kepa Software stock for each "Blue chip" client you bring through the door. Gaining "Blue chip" clients makes a start-up valuation explode so we are talking valuations in the $ Millions. If you meet an agreed target we'll also offer you a seat on the board. Your stock could be held personally or in a commercial enterprise.
Qualifications
You tell us what you have that can earn you up to twenty percent of the company but we think it might be a combination of:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of SaaS products and their value proposition
Experience in the software industry
Knowledge of project/program/portfolio management
Knowledge of strategy management
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and remotely
Tertiary Qualifications
