Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the preparation, planning, and execution of travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, cruises, hotel bookings, and event tickets.
• Handle client payments efficiently.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is provided to clients pre- and post-travel.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors.
• Collaborate effectively within team settings.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and policies in the travel industry.
• Complete required certifications in a timely manner.
• Engage in continuous training with our company and travel partners.
  
  

Required Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
• Possess a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, and interact effectively.
• Capacity to make personalized travel recommendations based on client interests.
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with computers and internet usage.
