What you will do

• Supporting and maintaining the Ishbook platform to ensure system stability;
• Handling customer support requests, including password resets and updating notebook owners;
• Debugging Python issues and providing technical support to users;
• Updating Python libraries and maintaining the Ishbook tech stack;
• Assisting with system upgrades and bug fixes;
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth handover of tasks from the Ishbook platform to the Quest project;
• Working with Docker, AWS, Django, Jupyter, and SQL for support and maintenance;
• Ensuring some overlap with US West Coast (PST) working hours for smooth communication with other engineers.
  
  

Must haves

• 3+ years of experience as a Python developer, using Django;
• AWS experience;
• SQL experience;
• Upper-intermediate English level.
  
  

Nice to haves

• Docker experience;
• Jupyter experience;
• Experience setting up machines on MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
